Through efficient R&D and reliable quality, we provide leading power supply solutions for our customers. We are committed to empowering our clients' development through continuous innovation.

Laboratory
To quickly respond to the market's urgent demand for EMC certification of switching power supplies, our company proactively built its own professional-grade 3-meter electromagnetic compatibility laboratory. Now, after completing new product development, engineers can conduct preliminary testing and debugging of key aspects such as conducted and radiated emissions in our in-house laboratory. Only after the solution is fully mature will it be sent to a third-party organization for formal verification. This innovative process moves the trial-and-error and optimization stages forward, significantly reducing the time and cost of traveling to external testing agencies, and substantially shortening the product development and certification cycle. This ensures that we can provide customers with fully compliant, stable, and reliable switching power supply solutions at a faster pace.

Production equipment
Our company has established a complete and rigorous production and quality control system during the manufacturing of switching power supplies, ensuring that the entire process, from component assembly to final shipment, is controllable and reliable.
I. Full-Process Automation and Multiple Inspections Guarantee Welding Quality
The production process revolves around two wave soldering machines. Before soldering, dedicated inspection equipment performs 100% inspection of component insertion, effectively avoiding defects such as missing, incorrect, or misaligned components, reducing rework at the source. After wave soldering, each power supply undergoes automatic solder joint quality inspection by an AOI vision system. Defective products are automatically separated and manually repaired with precise soldering. After repair, they will be returned to the AOI re-inspection, completely eliminating issues such as cold solder joints and missing solder joints, achieving a dual quality closed loop in the welding process.

II. Full-Load Aging and Comprehensive Performance Testing Ensure Reliability
All assembled products undergo 100% full-load aging tests to simulate actual workloads, exposing potential defects early and ensuring the stability of the power supply under long-term full-load operation. After aging, comprehensive electrical performance tests are conducted, including input/output characteristics, ripple, and other key parameters, ensuring that every power supply meets design standards and customer requirements.

III. Full Traceability and Meticulous Packaging
Each qualified product is laser-marked with a unique identification code and production information, enabling full-process traceability for quality management and after-sales tracking. Finally, the product is equipped with a customized outer casing and is placed in warehousing with shockproof and impact-resistant packaging to ensure it arrives undamaged during transportation.

Through highly automated production equipment, multi-level testing procedures, rigorous reliability verification, and a comprehensive traceability system, our company has achieved high consistency, high reliability, and traceability in our switching power supply products, providing customers with stable and high-quality power supply products.
How we manage every component
At our company, stable and reliable switching power supply products begin with meticulous management from the "source." Our power supply material warehouse is not only a storage space for materials, but also the first line of defense for product quality and a solid guarantee for stable supply. Through a scientific and rigorous management system, we ensure that every component entering the production line is in optimal condition.
1. End-to-End Traceability and Precise Control
We employ an advanced ERP system for digital management, accurately coding and tracking thousands of materials in real time. From warehousing and storage to issuance, the entire process is digitized, ensuring 100% accuracy in material quantity, batch, and location, providing a reliable data foundation for the smooth execution of production plans and end-to-end quality traceability.
2. Professional-grade storage environment guarantee
For core electronic components, we have set up a dedicated temperature and humidity control storage area, strictly control environmental parameters, effectively prevent the components from getting damp and oxidized, and ensure solderability and long-term reliability from a physical level, ensuring that the products still perform stably in complex environments.
3. Scientific Warehouse Optimization Strategies
- First-In, First-Out (FIFO) Principle: Strictly implement batch management to ensure all materials are used within their optimal lifespan, preventing performance degradation due to long-term storage.
- ABC Hierarchical Management: Scientifically classify materials based on their value and importance. Implement more frequent inventory checks and stricter control over critical, high-value A-class materials to optimize resource allocation and ensure core supply.
- Safety Stock Mechanism: Establish a dynamic safety stock model for critical materials to effectively buffer against market fluctuations and supply chain risks, ensuring production continuity and guaranteeing on-time delivery of customer orders.
4. The Value of Management: Beyond Warehousing
We firmly believe that superior materials management directly translates into customer value:
- Greater Product Consistency: Stable material conditions are fundamental to producing consistent, reliable products.
- Stronger Supply Resilience: Scientific inventory strategies enable us to adapt to market changes and become a trusted partner for our customers.
- Better Quality Costs: Preventing defects at the source reduces fluctuations and waste in the production process, ultimately delivering more competitive products to our customers.
