Q4: What is PFC for the PSU?
A4: PFC stands for Power Factor Correction. The purpose of PFC is to improve the ratio of apparent power and real power. The power factor is only 0.5~0.7 in non-PFC models. In PFC models of dc power supply, the power factor can reach above 0.9. The calculation formulas are as below:
Apparent Power=Input Voltage x Input Current (VA)
Real Power= Input Voltage x Input Current x Power Factor (W)
Q5: The power supply can be passed EMC?
A5: YES, we have Electromagnetic compatibility laboratory, so we can guarantee our power supply pass the EMC.
Q6: Is there any certificate for the switching power supply?
A6: YES, some of our power supply have the CE, PSE, UL, ETL, and CCC certificate.
Q7: How many samples are available?
A7: Usually 1-5pcs power supply samples are available.

Q31: When the AC is connected, the power supply start to work together with the cooling fan?
A31: YES, It is.
Q32: If i don't want the power supply cooling fan work together with the high power supply, how do you make it?
A32: We can control the cooling fan by the power supply temperature, when the PSU temperature is more than 45℃, the cooling fan will start to work.
