Every power supply must be aged, when the power is more than 400W, the aging test time must be more than 4 hours, when the power is less than 400W, the aging test time must be more than 2 hours.
Automated optical inspection
Every power supply PCB with inserted components must be checked by the Automated optical inspection machine, then marked where needs to be soldered by hand. That can improve the efficiency of making the power supply and make sure the quality of the power supply.
